Netook Crossing has been developed in accordance with a Development and Subdivision Agreement between the developer and Mountain View County. Accordingly all services have been installed in accordance with Mountain View County Standards and Regulations.

To preserve the quality of development and protect lot owner’s investment, all development within the Business Park must be completed in accordance with Mountain View County I-BP Business Park Zoning and Mountain View Business Park Architectural Design Guidelines.

Netook Crossing provides quick, easy access to the Queen Elizabeth II (QE II) Highway and Highway 27.

Adjacent to the west side of QE II, our lots have unique visibility with access provided from Highway 27. Netook Crossing provides quick, direct access to the transportation corridor which has seen significant growth pressures recently as the QE II Highway, also known as the Canamex Corridor, is one of Alberta's busiest north/south distribution corridors.

Our lots are also just minutes east of Olds, Alberta. With a population of over 9,180 people, Olds has a full range of services including a hospital, nursing homes, shopping centres, churches, a library, recreational facilities, parks and schools.
